Required Skills:

  • Strong Business Analysis experience 
  • Candidate must have government experience
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, gap analysis & testing
  • Jotform experience 
  • Excel 
  • Power BI 
  • Power Automate 

Job Description:

  • Analyze business systems and user needs
  • Perform business process reengineering
  • Prepare solution options, risk analysis, and cost/benefit analysis
  • Write detailed functional and technical documentation
  • Work with minimal supervision and handle independent decision-making

Project Overview:

  • Migration of existing system (Microsoft Forms, PowerAutomate, Excel, Power BI) to Jotform platform
  • Redesign workflows, forms, and reporting structure
  • Support integration of legacy Excel data with new Jotform data
  • Collaborate with Senior Systems Advisor for system design

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and lead requirements gathering sessions
  • Perform gap analysis and validation
  • Support testing and implementation
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams
