•         PMP certification
•         DHS Trusted Tester certification
•         Deque University

Required Skills:

•  QA/Testing experience
• Strong manual accessibility testing experience
• Expertise in WCAG, ADA, and Section 508 compliance
• Experience testing websites, web applications, mobile apps, documents, digital forms, CMS platforms, chatbots, and enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience with assistive technologies:
  • NVDA
  • JAWS
  • Dragon
  • Fusion
  • ZoomText
  • VoiceOver
  • TalkBack
  • Deque
  • WAVE
• Strong knowledge of HTML, ARIA, Semantic Markup
• Accessibility auditing and remediation guidance
• Test case creation, defect tracking, documentation, and reporting
• Agile methodology experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
