Key Responsibilities

Design and develop a new reporting framework using .NET 8.0/9.0, Blazor, and modern Microsoft technologies.
Lead the full SDLC within an Agile/SCRUM environment.
Analyze, optimize, and modernize existing Crystal Reports integrated with Oracle databases.
Deliver scalable, high-performance financial system solutions with seamless Oracle database integration.
Partner with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation.
Drive modernization initiatives for legacy systems to align with business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years in SDLC, software design, and architecture.
Technologies: .NET 8.0/9.0, Blazor (Server & WASM), C#, Visual Studio, Fluent UI.
Database: Oracle (PL/SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning, database management).
Data: Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, reporting frameworks.
Tools: Bitbucket (version control), Nomad, Consul, JIRA, Confluence, TEMPO.
Agile/DevOps: Proven track record with SCRUM, CI/CD, automation practices.
Other: Advanced SAS programming, problem-solving in complex environments, strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred: 5+ years working with Texas State Agencies or similar government environments.
