Job Summary:

Responsibilities

·         Develop the DAP/PMAS Report on Medicaid Personal Care Services.

·         Implement and configure infrastructure for the Data Integration Hub.

·         Design, develop, and implement (DD&I) data integration components using agile SDLC processes, including:

o    Validating performance metric requirements

o    Creating Epics, User Stories, and Tasks

o    Automating data acquisition from various data sources

o    Developing complex SQL scripts

o    Conducting integration, load, and stress testing

o    Managing deployment and internal/external publication

·         Provide ongoing operations support and enhancements for the Data Integration Hub.

·         Act as a technical leader within an agile development team.

·         Acquire, integrate, and transform data from multiple sources using Informatica PowerCenter/IICS.

·         Build complex SQL scripts and dimensional models in Oracle/Snowflake; create views/materialized views.

·         Automate verification and validation processes.

·         Collaborate with Data Engineering and Architecture teams on solution design and acquisition strategies.

·         Develop mockups and work with customers for validation.

·         Assist with tool implementation/configuration and resolve technical issues.

·         Create and maintain technical specifications, diagrams, and documentation.

·         Participate in requirements, design sessions, and all agile ceremonies.

·         Interpret evolving business requirements and propose enhancements.

·         Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years ETL development with Informatica PowerCenter or IICS.
  • 8+ years data acquisition/integration experience across Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, Adobe PDF for Tableau visualizations.
  • 8+ years designing and developing complex, high-performance SQL scripts (Oracle/Snowflake).
  • 8+ years experience as a System Analyst in data analytics, performance management, or data warehousing projects.
  • 8+ years technical writing and diagramming skills (Visio, Erwin, MS Office, MS Project).
  • 8+ years experience delivering platforms across products and organizational units.
  • Proven ability to write clean, testable, efficient code using best practices.

Preferred Skills

  • 6+ years strong oral and written communication skills.
  • 6+ years ability to manage multiple priorities and switch tasks effectively.
  • 4+ years agile sprint team experience.
  • 4+ years understanding of security principles related to healthcare data.
  • 4+ years experience with performance metrics visualization/BI tools.
  • 4+ years Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Business or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years healthcare industry experience (HHS, PII/PHI exposure).
  • 4+ years Python scripting experience.
  • Experience with JIRA.
  • Functional knowledge or hands-on experience with REST/SOAP web services.
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, C#.
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub/Git Actions.
  • Experience as a MuleSoft developer.
