Job Description:

We are seeking an AI Engineer to innovate and transform our SDLC processes using artificial intelligence and automation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about applying AI/ML techniques to enhance developer experience, improve reliability, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and reduce operational toil across the organization.

This position focuses on internal AI-driven automation solutions, not supporting external AI/ML product teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI/ML models to improve SDLC processes, including:
- Developer productivity
- Intelligent test management
- Predictive infrastructure failure detection
- Agentic AI, MCP, and RAG-based solutions
- Intelligent alerting and noise reduction
- Automated incident classification & RCA
- CI/CD optimization using historical patterns
- GenAI for Infrastructure-as-Code
- Other innovative AI/automation use cases
Identify automation opportunities with Development, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.
Build automation scripts and tools to eliminate manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain pipelines for training and improving AI models for DevOps use-cases.
Create architecture and design documentation for AI-driven solutions.
Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of AI automation tools.
Integrate AI solutions into monitoring and observability platforms.
Participate in Agile Scrum processes and DevOps workflows.
Work with developer IDEs (Eclipse, IBM RAD, STS, etc.).
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues; perform analysis and tuning.
GitHub Enterprise Administration:
- Manage repos, branching strategies, access control
- Automate workflows with GitHub Actions
- Maintain code quality and integration governance
Perform additional duties as assigned.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
3+ years in development and automation roles.
Strong background in cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python preferred, Bash, etc.).
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
Experience applying AI/ML techniques (classification, clustering, anomaly detection).
Familiarity with ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Solid knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability.
8+ years proven experience with:
- Administering GitHub Enterprise Cloud
- Analyzing & resolving complex technical issues
- Supporting and training users at all levels
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Delivery models
