Job Description:

The GitHub Administrator will be responsible for governance, security, compliance, and automation of the GitHub Enterprise platform. The role includes enabling DevSecOps practices, ensuring audit readiness, and standardizing CI/CD processes across the enterprise SDLC.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years in Git-based version control administration
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise (Cloud/Server)
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, SAML/SSO, and branch protection
• Experience with GitHub Actions and YAML-based workflows
• CI/CD integration with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Audit logging, compliance reporting, and access reviews
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• DevSecOps implementation in CI/CD pipelines
• GitHub Advanced Security (CodeQL, Secret Scanning)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)
• Knowledge of policy-as-code
• Documentation of governance standards and developer guides
• Experience conducting technical enablement sessions
