Summary:
The Business Analyst will analyze business objectives, identify problems, and recommend solutions to improve or automate existing systems. This role focuses on implementing and supporting PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules, ensuring smooth integration with legacy and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend system enhancements.
Work closely with users to identify current procedures, issues, and requirements for data input/output and reporting.
Document detailed business and functional requirements.
Evaluate system capabilities, limitations, and impacts of requested changes.
Perform end-to-end system testing and support data mapping and integration with external systems.
Facilitate meetings, prepare documentation, and ensure all system updates meet business expectations.
Provide off-hours support as needed during project phases.

Special Considerations:

Must have hands-on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing implementation experience.
Should possess strong analytical, documentation, and testing skills.
Experience with legacy system and third-party interface integrations required.

Experience Level:

8+ years of experience — ability to work independently, handle complex tasks, and demonstrate creativity in problem-solving.
