Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Platform Administrator to lead the upgrade, governance, and troubleshooting of our Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit. This role will be equally focused on AI administration and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance, as well as Dynamics 365 CRM management and enhancement.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience across Power Platform tools—including Copilot Studio, Power BI, Canvas Apps, and Dynamics 365 CRM—with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform
Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration with Power Platform.
Develop and maintain Canvas apps to support business needs.
Document processes and ensure consistent workflows across CRM and Power Platform solutions.
AI & Microsoft 365 Copilot
Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, ensuring compliance with policies and alignment with business goals.
Administer AI capabilities within Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
Provide expertise in Copilot Studio to streamline development, automation, and governance processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in workflows, reporting, and productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years hands-on experience customizing entities, workflows, and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with Power Platform.
8+ years troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and debugging software applications.
5+ years experience with Power BI (data visualization, modeling, and dashboard development).
3+ years hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for automation and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
3+ years familiarity with Microsoft Azure Services, particularly Azure Active Directory.
Preferred Attributes
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and Power BI best practices.
Knowledge of AI administration and governance practices for responsible use.
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
