The working position is Hybrid
Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Mondays, Tuesdays) required to be onsite at the location listed above
Program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position.

Total EXP:17+ years must

Previous State / federal client experience highly preferred

TOGAF Certification – Mandatory

Role Overview:

Responsible for translating client business and non-functional requirements into specific enterprise architectures, technical solutions, and financial models for large, complex engagements. Acts as the primary expert in designing cloud-based and hybrid solutions, evaluating on-prem and SaaS options, and ensuring alignment with customer objectives. Provides subject matter expertise, risk assessment, and solution roadmaps while adhering to organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate client requirements into scalable systems, applications, and process designs.
Design end-to-end cloud and enterprise solutions, including financial models, scope, and risk assessments.
Evaluate SaaS, custom-built, and on-premise vendor products for solution fit.
Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), staffing plans, and technology roadmaps.
Design and oversee enterprise applications (Java / .NET) and cloud integrations.
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for technical services.
Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs for cost modeling, approvals, and deliverables.
