Job Description:

Project managers are the people in charge of a specific project or projects within a company. As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project managers might work by themselves or be in charge of a team to get the job done.

***Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required and should be noted on the resume. Proof of certification may be requested.***

The client is requesting a Project Manager (PM) to work with program and IT to implement Budget Planning Tool project activities. This includes but not limited to facilitate meetings, manage the project milestones and deliverables and change request, manage risks and issues, track project budget, manage project scope, complete various reporting, etc. to ensure the project is completed on time and under budget

Skills & Qualifications Required:

10+ years’ experience managing large-scale project implementations, including project plans, risks, issues, and contingency planning.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with ability to devise effective solutions.
Proven experience overseeing SDLC artifacts and ensuring business requirements are translated into technical specifications.
Expertise in guiding and facilitating SDLC processes.
10+ years’ experience developing and maintaining strong stakeholder and sponsor relationships, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to summarize/escalate issues appropriately, present weekly status updates, and conduct regular team meetings.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
Hands-on Agile methodology experience, including managing feature-driven sprints, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with project timelines.
