Required Skills:

The Client is seeking a seasoned process engineering professional to assist in evaluating and improving existing business processes. As part of ongoing operational excellence and digital transformation efforts, we require support in analyzing current state workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and creating actionable plans to enhance functionality, throughput, and end-user satisfaction.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Conduct end-to-end review of business processes
✔ Document “As-Is” workflows and design optimized “To-Be” processes
✔ Apply Lean & Six Sigma methodologies
✔ Translate optimized processes into functional & non-functional system requirements
✔ Collaborate with product, IT, and operations teams
✔ Establish performance metrics & ROI tracking
✔ Lead workshops, process mapping sessions & change management initiatives
✔ Support roadmap development for modular/low-code solutions

🎯 Required Qualifications:

✔ 8+ Years – #ProcessEngineering / #OperationsOptimization / #BPI
✔ 5+ Years – Current state evaluation & process optimization
✔ #SixSigma #BlackBelt (Required)
✔ Experience defining software system requirements
✔ Proven track record leading enterprise process transformations
✔ Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, etc.)
✔ Strong stakeholder management & facilitation skills

⭐ Preferred:

✔ #Government / regulated environment experience
✔ #LeanCertification
✔ Experience with low-code or process automation tools
