update database from version 5.2 to the latest

I need to update the database from an old version of tekradius to one of the most recent versions since from what I have seen the formats of some things such as mac addresses are no longer the same since before they had " - " and now they have ":"

Hi,

TekRADIUS normalizes received MAC addresses in RADIUS requests to XX.XX:XX:XX:XX:XX automatically. You can also normalize all MAC addresses to 
XX.XX:XX:XX:XX:XX format through File menu of TekRADIUS Manager.
