TekRADIUS db backup and restore feature

Hi all,

I backed up my database using tekradius and upgraded the windows and sql server to 2019.

Now I'm getting errors trying to restore the backup.

Would appreciate some help on this.

Please install the latest build at https://www.kaplansoft.com/tekradius/release/TekRADIUS.zip and try again.

Thanks for the prompt reply.

Before I got your response I resorted to using MS SQL management studio to restore the database and it worked.

Just out of curiosity, did you have to update the software to fix a bug? Because I did install the latest version (5.5.9) on first try and it did not work.

Yes, latest version fixes a problem with the restore procedure. Have you observed any error message? Is the SQL server installed on to same machine with TekRADIUS?
