I am interested in buying support and implementation help for the Windows TekRadius but I have a few questions about it. Am I in the good place to ask them ?

Hi,

Thank you for the prompt answer. We basicaly need help to implement TekRADIUS Accounting to receive CDR from two RIBBON SBC (that has already been done on another install but the engineer that did it is not working at the company anymore).

Is there an offer that support implementation help ?

I checked the website purchase form, could you please confirm that buying TekRADIUS includes support ? If yes, could you please tell me if the 239$ purchase is for a year support ?
We are based in France (Don't know if there is a limitation).

Hi,

TekRADIUS Enterprise license costs 239 USD but you also need to buy TekRADIUS Annual Support Package for 450 USD for support and maintenance.
