• Program management and stakeholder management expertise 

• Ability to deliver measurable business and customer value

 

Responsibilities:

• Drive product management transformation from waterfall to agile/product-led model 

• Define product structure (L1–L3) and governance 

• Lead intake, prioritization, and change delivery workflows 

• Manage strategic programs and ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives 

• Define product strategy and roadmap; communicate with leadership 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, business, operations)
