Title: Automation Engineer (Data Conversion / ETL Tester)
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)
Position: Contract
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate end-to-end data migration processes across source and target systems
• Develop test scenarios and test cases for ETL mappings transformations and data quality checks
• Execute data validation reconciliation and balancing across large datasets
• Perform SQL based testing to verify data accuracy completeness and integrity
• Identify data defects document issues with clear root cause indicators and work with ETL dev teams for resolution
• Conduct pre and post conversion testing including historical data validation and incremental loads
• Ensure compliance with business rules transformation logic and data governance requirements
 
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in data migration or ETL testing Informatica SSIS Data Stage or similar
• Proficient in SQL for complex queries joins aggregations and data profiling
• Experience with large data sets data warehousing concepts and relational databases
• Understanding of business rules data mapping and transformation logic
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools
 
Nice to Have:
• Experience with cloud data platforms Azure AWS GCP
• Knowledge of automation frameworks for ETL testing
• Banking or financial domain experience
