That is, a few of those fly by night brokers that tout their phone apps on Internet. Best to google safe broker reviews - ones which are properly regulated and who segregate client funds from their funds e.g. IC markets and FP markets and Pepperstone.

On a demo account you trade with virtual money whereas on a live account you trade with real money. Demo trading is only for learning purposes while it is possible that a demo account may not show all market conditions.

Brokers usually engage in spread widening mostly when the market is highly volatile. Even if your position is updated, he may not allocate your position at the price it quotes and applies a wider than usual spread.

Demo account is the exact replication of live account, and all these manipulations that you are facing can be done by the broker, surely. You can talk to them but also be sure that there was not much of a fluctuation on the trading instrument that you were placing trades on.

I'll never forget the first time I encountered Resident Evil Village's scary baby, and likewise, the monster in the free demo for Unfollow, an upcoming horror about social media's impact on mental health, has been forever seared into my brain.

Unfollow is disarmingly scary, with an unassuming synopsis about the dark side of social media and influencer life belying one of the most creatively horrific monster designs I've ever seen. It's not just the big bad that left me terrified; the brief demo I played was a constantly elevating, slow-burning tension that builds off an oppressive atmosphere, limited player tools, and sparse sound design that makes the big, loud moments that much more shocking.

Indie developer and publisher Serafini Productions describes Unfollow as a "surreal, hyperrealistic first-person horror game that will push you to the edge of your seat." The player takes control of Anne, a bullying victim trapped in a dark and claustrophobic nightmare land occupied by the aforementioned sci-fi inspired, alien-looking creatures. I'm wondering if the monsters are manifestations of Anne's mental health struggles, but it's still too early to tell exactly where the story is going.

Seeing some of my favorite Japan-based influencers crop up throughout the demo definitely broke up the tension. Akidearest, for example, plays a woman seemingly stuck behind a TV screen, while Jun's Kitchen is referenced in an in-game cookbook, and Sharmeleon makes an appearance as well. Now if only Chris from Abroad in Japan could show up in the full game to snark the hell out of me.

Again, despite my love for all of these influencers, the star of the show in Unfollow is the thing that arrives in the later part of the demo to utterly ruin your sleep cycle for the next few days. I won't describe it to avoid spoiling the big moment, but I was instantly reminded of the big baby scene from Resident Evil Village, which is a compliment of the highest order in my opinion. I can't wait to see what other horrors lay in hiding in Unfollow.

Hi guys . Can anyone explain why my 2 demo accounts are up by a substantial amount but my live account is at a loss . Seems I mess around with my live account to much instead of placing my trade and the leaving it .

Emotions is factor that make differents between real trading and demo trading , for example in demo account we are not afraid in decide for transactions whenever the signal give confirmation to trade but its will differents when we are in real account , we are tend to worry and doubt in making decision so we will too late or even miss to opportunity in making profit although the system has bring signal for comfirmation to open position

Trading in demo is different from trading live account. Being able to control emotion is a huge problem for most beginners. Try leaning how to control your emotion and do not be upset about your loss with time you will catch up if you put much neede effort in trading.

Im of the opinion that demo should be used for getting used to platform and then open micro account, this cuts all the time trading in demo and then only having to go through the real life emotions in real account. it saves time and money.

Everything varies from one trader to another, from one newbie to another. There are no fixed rules.
I know people who did bad on demos then did quite good in real accounts, and vice versa. Demos are good to know the platform options and features, that is valid for any new user. They are also good to test strategies which is never ending. So eventually you will have to take that step to trade live accounts, but that does not mean you stop testing strategies on demos. How people deal with live accounts the first week depends on how much are they risking. Win or loose, the first week after live trading is usually a very useful experience. You know how it is now, and the longer you trade live the more the emotional gap between demos and live accounts narrows. Happy Trades!!

The number one reason for all of us to win in the demo account but to lose out on the live account is because of the attachment that is involved with the real money. Hence, one needs to get out of such attachment and start thinking logically.

Problem is not with demo or real account actually difference is between capital our dealing and way of trading. In demo we earn a lot feel relax during trading due to high capital we not feel any difficulty in loss recovery . Live trading is done with low investment we want same results from it so loss is more in live trading.

It's hard to believe this environment demo by Web3D is a real-time simulation inside Unreal Engine 5 and not real-life footage. If you squint your eyes, however, maybe you could recognize the Megascans assets and Ultra Dynamic Sky plug-in.

"UE5 never felt so buttery. Would you guys be interested in a 'How to make a realistic landscape in Unreal' video?" says the caption. According to Web3D, this incredible environment simulation runs on GeForce RTX 4090 combined with the Core i9-14900K processor along with 128GB of RAM.

You can find the original video and the behind-the-scenes one here and here, as well as more photorealistic Unreal Engine 5 content on Web3D's TikTok account. A couple of weeks ago, we received a call from a student who was signing up to attend our September Google Analytics Course in Toronto. She was a bit concerned that since she had never logged into Google Analytics, she'd be overwhelmed.

Read our post on how to get access in 3 steps (or less if you already have a Google signin) to a Google Analytics account with real, live Google Analytics data. The data isn't from a demo site, but the truly functional (and recently re-launched) Google Merchandise Store, where you can buy Google, YouTube and Android swag.

It's a properly implemented account (of course!), and therefore great to learn and practice on. We've been using the beta version of the demo account in our Google Analytics Courses in show and tell mode, and now the students will be able to do exercises using this account as well.

I have 2 systems running at the same time. One of them is LIVE DEMO Account (right picture) with fake money and the other LIVE REAL Account (left picture) with real money. Take a look at today morning. It is a chart of Polish stock exchange index WIG20. Both had order open with a stop loss at the 2381 and Buy Stop order in the same place. Demo closed SELL and opened BUY exactly at the point of SL/BuyStop, Real account opened it at the stock open price.

Now my comment. There is no point in testing/optimizing the system in MT4 optimizer for any symbol where open/close gap is possible because the results will completely differ from the real results. I had my system running for 3 months on demo live account giving me really good profit (around 250%). After I started it on the Real account the equity is 10% less. In the same time Demo equity rose 30%.

The chart shows that behavior of the same system varies whether it's a DEMO or REAL account. The day closed somewhere around 2370, the SL was set to 2381 on both (SELL order). The next day in the morning, session started at 2421 and DEMO account had an order close exactly at the SL price, REAL account had the order close at the Open price. The problem is that I had the DEMO running for 3 months before I finally decided that it's good enough for real trading. Only when I started trading live, this problem arose.
