Consult about TEITOK installation

Dear colleages:
I am writing from Madrid, from the CSIC’s Center for Human and Social Sciences.
We need to use TEITOK to create the corpus for a research project, but after the IT technician finished the installation, we encountered a significant problem.
The IT technician has installed TEITOK following the instructions in your GIT Project:

When the installation was complete, he sent me the address that gives access to the home page. However, from that page I couldn't perform any actions, nor could I use the tabs in the Corpora option (see attached image). As I saw that there was a ‘login’ option, I contacted him to ask for credentials, once I had consulted the TEITOK help page:

The IT technician tells me that they are going to review everything to make TEITOK operational through the user/password credentials, but that they would need to know which of the two pages is the correct one, as they have followed the instructions for your project in GIT, which they assume is the source of everything.
I would be very grateful if you could help us.
