Todas essas informaes importantes (senhas OTA e API, configurao da rede wifi, endereo MAC da balana, etc) esto armazenadas no arquivo secrets.yaml (ver aqui e aqui para mais detalhes de configurao e uso).

Devido os sensores de peso e impedncia de cada usurio ficar indisponvel caso o hub bluetooth ficar offline (nodemcu), criei sensores template para cada usurio que ir verifica se o valor est disponvel antes de atualizar. Basta incluir no arquivo configuration.yaml.

Para adicionar a integrao deve-se instalar o custom componente via HACS ou manualmente conforme instrues na documentao, reiniciar o Home Assistant e incluir o cdigo abaixo com as informaes de cada usurio no arquivo configuration.yaml (incluir aps instalar o custom component e reiniciar o HA) e realizar nova reinicializao do Home Assistant:

Testei aqui e funcionou perfeitamente com o Passive BLE Monitor. Eu estava utilizando os sensores no HA conforme o tutorial e a documentao, mas toda vez que reiniciava perdia os valores. Um usuario do grupo no telegram deu a ideia de criar os sensores pelo NodeRed que quando reiniciar ele retorna com os valores antigos e funcionou perfeitamente.

Ele basicamente faz as seguintes etapas:
1 Pega o peso da balana
2 Verifica se maior ou menor que 65kg
3 verifica se o boto de convidado no esta ativo para no registrar a informao de uma visita que esta em casa pesando por exemplo e fuder com tudo kkkk
4 cria os sensores e depois notifica a pessoa que esta pesando com um link para abrir a pagina com as informaes caso ela queira ver os detalhes.

Eu atualizei o sensor de peso para o sensor que criado pelo nodered, ai nesse campo deu certo, porm todos os outros dados vem dos sensores da BodyMiScale.
Como que voc fez, criou um sensor no nodered para cada sensor do BodyMiScale?
Ex: no dash tem o sensor sensor.leidy_medidas_metabolic_age um sensor que foi criado via nodered?

Chegando em casa eu reposto a configurao, mas ela no altera em muita coisa o funcionamento dos sensores, apenas um complemento caso alguma visita v usar a balana, no zoar as informaes do meu perfil ou da esposa.

A proposito, no necessrio nodeMCU, Apenas seu HA com acesso ao BT do PC e a balana em um local que de raio de funcionamento do BT so suficientes para funcionar. A parte mais difcil o ajuste do fluxo para sua realidade.
