With my old HP laptop, I used file explorer to copy (drag) files (PDF, Word etc) to my Samsung tablet. This new laptop can't find the content of my tablet. When connected by USB, it recognises the tablet by its name under 'This PC' , but when I click on the device name, it says 'folder empty'. There are existing folders and files in my Samsung tablet that I want to add to from the laptop. Any help would be great.
In my case, I've got an SD card inside my tablet (folder Card) and internal storage called Tablet. Each folder above can have many folders (sub-folders). You have to COPY to folder or sub-folder. Copy to Tablet won't go to anywhere. For example, I can copy to Documents or Download on the list
I've solved it and I feel a bit silly. I didn't notice the message on the Samsung tablet that was asking for permission to view. It never did that with my old HP laptop (this one is totally new today)
I have a windows 2003 SBS domain, which I administrate to the best of my limited abilities. I need to install an active X-control for which I must change settings in internet explorer. It surfaced that on all computers in the domain the Security tab in internet explorer (8) is disabled. I vaguely remember to have done this once while trying to restrict access to certain internet sites through group policies (and failed). I am afraid I did not create and link a new group policy for that, but that I changed an exisiting one (if it was me that did it, it may be that some update caused it). I am unable now to locate the setting responsible for blocking the security tab. What is the easiest way to reverse it?
yes, run rsop.msc then go through the polices until you find a policy which is setting IE settings. your looking for user configuration\administrative templates\windows components\internet explorer\internet control panel. The setting is "disable the security page" set it to disabled or not configured.
Every time I load a new webpage the tablet freezes momentarily (about 5-10 seconds) and displays an error message asking if I'd like to 'force close' Chrome or 'wait' or 'send feedback'. This happens 95% of the time opening new tabs or just clicking links from Google. I normally click 'wait' as it sorts itself out.. eventually... but it's a bit of a ballache. Having paid $600 odd on the flagship tablet from Samsung I kinda expected glitch free browsing. Any ideas?
Bought 2 Galaxy Tab S3s in April 2018. In the past month both have started freezing for 15-30 seconds when using Chrome or any other web browser. Get same error message. Spoke with Samsung customer service. No help other than send to New Jersey for diagnosis.
Just like a PC, your Galaxy phone or tablet has a massive internal storage. You can easily copy or move these files to different locations with My Files. This includes Microsoft Word or Google documents, pictures, videos, audio files, and downloads. If you accumulate too many files in your internal memory, you can save room by moving them to an external storage system, such as a microSD card or a cloud service.
The My Files app stores every file you have on your phone or tablet. It's like the File Explorer on a PC or Finder on Mac, where you can easily view and move photos, videos, music, documents, and more. You can also remove files from the My Files app if you no longer need them. The Trash feature in My Files should be on by default, but you should make sure it's turned on just in case.
Note: Not all phone or tablet models support microSD cards or external storage options that use excessive amounts of power to operate. Encrypted music or other purchases cannot be moved to external storage.
Every Galaxy phone and tablet will come with a USB cable for charging and connecting to a PC. You can also use this USB cable to transfer files to your PC! Depending on your specific devices, you may need an adapter or different cable for the PC connection.
By default, the connection will be configured for file transfers. Other USB modes will be available if you tap the USB notification on your device, however make sure you have selected Transferring files or MTP for file transfers.
I'm using Dynamics 365 Sales. I'm in the leads form and I want to customize the related tab just to show account and contacts. When I go into classic mode, even if there is a N:N relationship by default between Lead contacts and lead accounts, it doesn't show into solution explorer.
when I create another N:N relationship on top of the out of the box one so 2 N:N between the same tabs... now I see into Relationship explorer Contacts and Opportunity. What am I missing so the out of the box relationship works fine ?
The relationship between the Lead and Contact is 1:N but yet as OTB functionality you can only relate one lead to one contact so by design it is set to Do not Display and that's why you are unable to see them on the Related Tab
