TEENAGERS FORUM ELECTION-2017

Dear ALL,

We will be having a teenagers forum Election and Meeting for the new committee ,introducing the new band name on this coming Friday -29/06/2017 after the holy mass ,requesting all to be present to discuss about the upcoming events and other related progress of the forum.

Requesting programme coordinators to prepare the agenda for the meeting and send it to every one and Liya  to make the annual report .

Dear all,

Sorry for the late reply ,we were not able to have the election last Friday since there were no enough students ,were most of them have gone for the vacation ,so we have planned to conduct the election and discuss about  the upcoming events on September .

Date will be intimated to all once almost all are back ,requesting the program coordinators to make a calendar of events .
