A guy looks into his wife’s closet and discovers a wardrobe different
from clothes she wore. In another, a tv show host spies on his spouse
making love in their own bed. In another story I liked, has Terry
(Terror) really killed his grandmother in an infallible manner? Will
an overweight lady and her son, from one cooking experience to
another, dine themselves to death? Full of twists in which everyday
becomes strange, the stories in Death of a Salesperson are interesting.

Then maybe you should learn to read between the lines.
This is a compliation of many short stories, the first is about a
woman's wardrobe.
The next is about a tv show host who spies on his wife having an
affair.
The next short story is about a little boy who possibly killed his
grandmother.
Another story describes the result of the eating habits of two fat
people.

It sounds confusing. Do any of the stories relate to one another?

No, the stories do not connect.
Stories within compilations are rarely relevant.
That's kind of the point of them--they're all different.
Typically, the only thing that is ever similar is the genre.
In this case, every short story is a mystery.
