Hey everyone, this is the last weekend to post comments and book
reviews. The grand prize winner will be drawn on Monday and will be
called at home. We'll post the winner online here Monday evening. Good
luck! And thank you to everyone who participated this summer. We were
really happy with how much you have read and blogged with each other.
Hope you will join us next summer! If you have any comments or
suggestions for next summer's activities or prizes come talk to Nicole
at branch or talk to Venus at central.

In October we will be having a week of events beginning with Michael
Khoury who is a ghost paranormalist-he has appeared on TV and has
written books on hauntings in the LA area. We will also be having a
Stephenie Meyer event celebrating her Twilight series. Hope to see you
there! Flyers will be given to your teachers in the Whittier district
or you can check the library website in September for further info!
