Hi Shahin,

Mr.Zheng and Mr.Mao have all agreed to be our speakers.On Tuesday Temple and I will go to meet 32HOW,to see if they can give a speech.and Solomon will go to meet Jing'an Master,who is in Nanputuo.We think from these two people will only one person finanlly be our speaker.So we get three.
Oliver has just finished the TEDtochina meetup stuff and he will begin to modify the website.I think that we can find videos after all the speakers have settled.Then we can make video and speakers talking about different topics.
Have you check the location near Xiada?My friend tell me another place,which is a meeting room in the Xiamen Library.It has a capacity of about 200 people.

The place across from the Botanical Gardens is available and is a formal meeting room for 100 people and its cost is under 1000 RMB, which only includes water and tea.

How do we find out more about the place you are talking about?

We really need the website upgraded quickly...

We need to put the Date on the website in the main header

And we need to have the speakers and their Bios on the main page as well.

We couldn't order the meeting room in Xiamen Library this time. Because the meeting room in Xiamen Library can only be ordered more than one month ahead of the event.

I've modified the navigation bar.Tomorrow Temple will make the size of pictures and logo changed.
By the way,what's your opinion of the place across from the Botanical Gardens?Is it too formal?Can we take food along with us?

It is formal for sure, but it is better than the Hill place and not as informal and party like the bailouzhou place

Maybe you want to go and see it with Temple?  Today or tomorrow?
