我需要修改上面的日期说明，以及Oliver提到的那个细节

还有，好多人在问我们的活动举办时间。
我们的时间什么时候能够确定呢？我们应该提前发布出来，方便参与者。

When will the time of TEDxXiamen event finally be fixed? Dose it depend on  the official permission of TED ?

Many friend is asking me (via emails, phone calls & twitter ) for date of TEDxXiamen event. So I should tell them ahead of time.
