Management 2.0--Speech by Mao Kaoshan

Hi All，

Today I talked with Mao Kaoshan. He said that he is very interested in TED talks and glad to share his idea with us. He is crazy on  TED talks for a long time. What he can share to us is the "management 2.0" idea. He said he had research and practice in it for a long time.

Before he came back to Xiamen from Guizhou on November 7th, Mao will send us the outline of his speech. We can review it firstly. Then we can discuss with him on how to make the speech better for TEDx (creative, easy-to-understand, non-commercial, interesting, helpful to make the world better, match the theme...etc. ).

今天我与毛高山老师探讨了一下演讲的事情，他说对TEDxXiamen活动非常感兴趣，也非常乐于与大家分享。他很喜欢也一直在关注TED演讲。他想要分享的是“管理2.0”，他在这方面有多年的实践和关注。

他的时间安排是这样的，11月7号之前会一直在外面出差。所以我会持续与他沟通演讲的内容。他会先准备一个演讲的大纲给我们看一下。然后我们可以共同帮助他把他的演讲做的更加适合TEDx.

wonderful!  Solomon, did you say he will be  back on the 7th?? Is that not the date you said was when we wanted to have the meeting?

After I told him the date of our event, Mao said he would come back in time, maybe on the evening of Nov.6th or the morning of Nov.7th. Our event will start on the afternoon of Nov.7th. We can communicate with him online before he is back.

It is tough for me to modify most of the listed problems. Amy Chan will help us to modify some. Oliver and I are both busy these days. But I think it can match the need of TED on the whole now. Don't you think so?

If we can get some technical geeks to help us, we will get it done much more quickly.I am looking for one.

BTW, I will talk with a teacher tomorrow. She is doing a NGO on civilian education. I wonder if she can give a speech on education.
