hi all,

Hi Guys,
I am currently working on a prototype rack for IBM now, and facing a lot of problem and engineering changes everyday.
I am sure you will learn a lot from the 'prototype TED', I think I can share some new product introduction process to you someday.

just provide some advise,
-1 set yourself a deadline,
-2 have a strong lead,
-3 each of you team member knows your goal, and knows what he/she should do, and when to finish.

Hope you have fun with the 'prototype'

Cheers!

Our prototype just won this year's iF design award.

See the power of process..........
