Hello Team,

I have great news for y'all. TEDxRutgers videos are complete. Steve and I constantly worked on improving the videos and after multiple obstacles and time constraints, we managed to get the final product. Now, it is time for the final touch.

Since there are 12 individual clips and a giant 4-hour-long video, I would like to divide the work. I am uploading the videos on the Drop-box and should be available for you to view in next three to four hours. Once the videos are uploaded, I will reply to this thread with the link to the videos.

Here is what I suggest we do: Each person listed below should look at the videos listed under their names and email me the list of corrections. I cannot promise elimination of all the errors but your feedback will help. Please do not attempt to upload the videos anywhere yet. We have to follow some TEDx copyright guidelines, Youtube cropping and some marketing strategies so please make a correction list ONLY - Nothing else!

If a volunteer wants to help, please contact the assigned organizer and share their workload. Please do not freak out if you don't see all the videos in next couple of hours. These videos are big and require ridiculous amount of time to upload. Once you download the videos please shoot me an email so I can remove some videos (if I have to) and upload the others as I have limited space in my Dropbox.

That's it for now. The sooner we do it, the sooner videos will available to the audience.

When you guys review the videos, can you also create titles for the talks that don't have one? Need a title when uploading them on youtube.

Cool. Also think of key words to tag for the video--we have to add relevant topics as tags when uploading them on youtube as well.
