protocol for speaker ideas

Hi gang,

If someone (i.e., me) had an idea for a speaker what is the best way
to run that up the flagpole, or are we too far along for that?

Shane - you can send the idea my way. We are pretty far down the road,
but we'll be moving into a final phase for invites in the next week.

Women and diversity candidates particulary interesting at this juncture.
