Check it out - an old bandmate, musical genius, and dear friend is performing and talking at TEDxBoulder this Saturday.

Jonathan Spottiswoode wrote all the songs on and produced the Oxymorons first album, Meet the Morons, almost 20 years ago, and has continued with The Zimmermans and now The Enemies, in addition to staging musicals like Above Hells Kitchen.

This SATURDAY, AUGUST 7th, SPOTTISWOODE will appear at TEDXBOULDER in Boulder, CO. He will sing some songs and say a few words in a feeble attempt to justify his existence.

 

The event runs from 3pm till 9pm at the historic CHAUTAUQUA AUDITORIUM. Spott will perform shortly after 5pm. He will then return to the stage at the end of the program of diverse and distinguished speakers and play a few more songs with fellow singer-songwriter, VIENNA TENG.

At the end of the weekend Spottiswoode will return to New York to attend the final casting session for ABOVE HELL'S KITCHEN, his gothic dreamplay/musical that will be presented at this fall's New York Musical Theater Festival. Preparations are coming along nicely. SPOTTISWOODE & HIS ENEMIES are rapidly amassing numerous talented collaborators for this, their craziest and most ambitious project ever!
