今天我已经将周磊的Talk剪好了，可以开始做字幕了，不知道大家谁有时间可以来做一下字幕？

首先需要根据他讲的将中文听打出来，然后再继续翻译做英文字幕。

有时间和精力来做这个的主动举个手啊！可以的话我就把周磊的视频发给你了～

收尾工作，我，子书还有hank会负责加字幕的问题。这个工作量很大，所以其他的就不参加啦～

2.  泽琛：今晚转发签到邮件给我，我发给车库，他们负责转发给他们80名参会的。

泽琛+代玉：请今晚把邀请函全部发送出去~辛苦了~~

3. 签到流程（葛香港、代玉（BF哈）、魏丽丽必看！）

来签到的人会携带邀请函（泽琛请修改邀请函，不能使用电子设备签到），签到组会领到一张带有编号的表，通过签到的人报上名字通过验证，同时在邀请函上写上他们的编号。贴铭牌组的人凭数字辨别（即邀请函上有编号的才给贴签，否则不给）来给贴签，凭贴签进出门。这样可以防止大家随意进出。

请签到的人跟每个人说明：请领取贴签，凭贴签出入。

4. 媒体：

若兰：目前为止的媒体有新浪公开课，Tech2IPO，36氪。请周六上午来跟我询问一下媒体接待的注意事项，比如TEDx对于媒体报道的一些rules等。

5. 现场布置：

泽琛、紫楠：根据泽琛画的图，7月27日晚6点半再去车库做final check

顺便泽琛提醒下邵夷贝需要的乐手的凳子和插吉他的线，也做final check。

6. 会后交流的开辟区域：

泽琛、毛雨：请与周六上午安排好，并由毛雨和Speaker沟通好，泽琛请记得留座给Zishun的Mentor。

7. 串场PPT：

李珣：请在今晚发送过来。Chex，请打电话给李珣。

9. 活动收尾：

活动收尾工作：文字报道check(石佳楠，泽琛)，照片，视频等。佳楠和泽琛可以帮忙，其他可以帮忙的可以回邮件说明。

10. 周六着装+到场

周六大家都会发T恤，所以穿着T恤就好，裤子的话牛仔裤、牛仔短裤或者其他裤子都可以。

9点必须到达车库，不能迟到（不要学习今天某位工科男，啦啦啦啦~）~~

辛苦啦~~大家坚持到最后就是胜利，车库的魏峥说了，共襄盛举！！！
