+ 依据基础的讲演技能来选人
+ 充分解释TEDx
+ 共同完成 幻灯并进行讲演预演
俺感觉,至少从组织人立场上:
+ 提前准备好现场的所有器材,邀请讲者来熟悉现场,并试用幻灯切换装置,走一下场
+ 主持人要充分准备现场激发出气氛给讲者造势
+ 组织要有足够的时间进行预先宣传,确保听众有足够时间了解讲者

讲者的征集就象招聘,的确没有简便的方式,俺建议两种渠道:
- 平时积累,组织内部每个人追踪几个领域中的本地高人,事先选择有讲演经验的,并进行持续交流,宣传引导成TEDx 讲者
- 先期招集,预告活动,向全社会倡议,理解 TEDx 的人自然会来报名,进行鳞选后成为正式讲者

- 其实不是烂摊子,
- 但是就象一场精彩的电影,看过后,没有人交流体验,时间一长就没有印象了
- TEDx 实在应该象以前的沙龙,每半年一次华彩式的盛大聚会,然后慢慢的回味,引发出各种话题/项目/课题持续交流下去...

现场演讲:所有现场的演讲都必须录制下来(包括演讲、表演等)。活动结束后,您需要让TED和公众看到这些影片。
- 一直没有见到

活动结束之后:当您的活动结束之后,您需要做以下几件事:
1、填写组织者调查表(必须)
- 无
2、给观众发观众调查表(必须)
- 无
3、上传图片到flickr, 并且加上“TEDx”和“TEDx[地名]”的标签(必须)
- 无 只能搜索到俺自个儿发布的...
4、上传视频到土豆网的TEDx频道(阅读关于视频的要求)(必须)
