Assignment Purchase, and other resource

Hello.

In last meeting I promised to find out more about Assignment Purchase, the term Tony & Saen used many time in their audio.

After completing listening to their 8 hour audios, as well as learning from Dustin Hahn material, the Assignment Purchase is basically letter we send to county (i.e. by postal-mail) to purchase strike-off property.

Dustin Hahn has copy of the Assignment Purchase form and I attach it here.

Also, I have spent hours studying materials from these people:

TedThomas

TaxLiens University (Stephen Walters)

US Tax Liens Association (Tony & Saen)

TaxLiens Certification School (Dustin Hahn)

TaxLien Training (Stephen Preston - the Calgary guy)

Let me share with you what I found. 

Ted Thomas:

Well, we are all graduates. His study materials is not that structured compared to others. The strength is he has lots of interviews and video testimony, as well as life person testimony, as we experience on the 3 day courses.

TaxLiens University (Stephen Waters):

Stephen affiliates with Robert Allen (big name). The website has useful information such as the upcoming tax liens/deeds schedule, and directory of each county contacts.

Side note: I was approached to phone interview, probably for coaching.

US Tax Liens Association (Tony & Saen):

Saen Higgin was speaking in one of the Peak Potentials event (as my friend said).

Peak Potentials is motivational based courses to help person live to their fullest. The website I found is the most comprehensive and professionally design. Lots of email and audio follow up. Lots of useful ebook and other stuff.

Tax Liens Certification School (Dustin Hahn):

In contrast of Tony & Saen, Dustin Hahn focus on the direct content and the essence of tax liens/deeds. Dustin's ebook is direct to the point and he seems down to earth type of guy. His course is in Houston with auction hand-holding.

Not sure how much does it cost.

Side note: if you go to his website and look at the guy on the top-right-hand, that is not Dustin :-)

Tax Lien Training (Stephen Preston - the Calgary guy):

Website is not as flashy as others. Same with Dustin, Stephen offer course in Houston with auction hand-holding.
