Hi All,

I have subscribed the Houston Daily Court Review & here is the all inclusive list from the Oct 1st tax sale. Please familiarize yourself with the information & come up with ideas on how to analyze this PDF file as I will be getting the November auction list next week (it's suppose to be posted 21 days before the auction).

Based on the October list, precinct 7 & 1 have the majority of tax sale properties + struck offs.

We have a schedule I'm on the road driving will send you something a little bit later this evening but basically we're leaving Wednesday night for one week and returning the following Wednesday

606 depart and 673 return, (good price - 549.00) have booked a car as well.

By the way, the schedule is too long to me. It is challenge to leave work that long.

Hi Andrew,

Bruce, Jan and Brenda met last night to discuss the trip: Arrive Wed night, Thurs and Fri will be setting up banking and lawyer, visit county office for details, get latest list and establish route/directions, Sat and Sun visiting properties, Mon final prep, Tues auction and Wed follow-up.

 

If you could come Friday night and be there for week-end viewing and help with the bidding Tues would be ideal. You will need your tax ID and of course register with the county.

Sorry that I did not check my email for sometimes as I have been busy lately.  I am also very interested to know more about the plan of going to Texas in November.   In fact I would like to join you all as well.  Are you going to explain more details of the coming trip on 15^th October at the meeting in Andrew’s house?
