Andrew,
In my opinion the ULS would help us sort (because it's in excel) from hundreds of properties (if that is how big the list is) down to how ever many properties are in the areas of town that we are focusing on (based on zipcodes or other criterias). Then we would still need to enter these addresses into the assessors website & into Zillow to do our due diligence. So there is still time & effort required, no different than what Gary @ Ted Thomas is teaching right now.
In my opinion with Dustin's program, our time & effort is required up front in selecting the "superstar", who then would to do all the research based on our criteria. Dustin would have his own lists & then the ULS would not be required. However at this time Dustin has closed this training & we will have to wait until it becomes available again.
So in the meantime, I will see if I can get a sample list from Saen & Tony so we can determine if the ULS is worth the expense.

Brenda,
The Ultimate Listing Service (ULS) will shorten the 14-Steps, but not sure by how far. That is, what is left that require additional works before we actually put money for bidding.
Is it possible to request for sample list? does't need to be current.
This is also related to Dustin Hahn program of outsourcing research. If the research team capable doing research from scratch to finish (ready list for putting money on bidding), then ULS may not be needed. Or the Dustin Hahn outsource may not be needed in place of ULS.

So here is the answer & this is great news. But now we need to decide if it's the best choice or should we try and find a free list while we are still getting our feet wet on who offers what? I do like the fact their lists include live online & OTC's which is an option for us to invest without leaving our homes.

Hi Everyone,
Bruce is strongly looking at scheduling a buying trip for first Tuesday in November to Houston and then later (for sure) in January to San Antonio (Bexar county).
We would like to know who from our team might wish to accompany him on the November trip coming right up?
Andrew, could you schedule a group meeting to discuss our strategy. – perhaps Tuesday after the long week-end?
Happy Sunday!
Jan and Bruce
