Weall have our favorite pastimes. Mine happens to be falling down internet k-holes. One minute, I'm investigating the whereabouts of Anastasia and, two hours and many mouse clicks later, I'm somehow reading all about how Henry VIII had his butt wiped by people called the "Grooms of Stool." That's around the time I ask myself, Wait, how did I get here? What day is it?

Carl isn't sweating it though. He believes that he can cure her by bringing weird x-ray machines to her house and basically winging it from there. In addition to his medical(-ish) help, he also gives Elena jewelry and the latest fashions, and professes his love to her. Look up "Doing the absolute most" in the nearest dictionary and you'll find a handsome little photo of our friend, Carl.

Sadly, Elena dies at the age of 22. (R.I.P. baby girl. Say hi to Aaliyah for me!) Carl, who's in his 50s by the way, is distraught. He immediately makes a death mask of her face (hello, red flag!). With permission from Elena's family, he pays for the funeral and constructs an above-ground mausoleum in the Key West Cemetery for his #1 crush (see previous "Doing the absolute most" dictionary entry). And he insists on an airtight casket with an incubator tank full of formaldehyde to prevent decay (hello, red flag #2!). Carl visits the mausoleum every night, where he says her spirit routinely pops up to say what's up and sing to him. Weird, right? Well, buckle up 'cause things are about to get even weirder!

Emboldened by the public support (and maybe a loose screw or two), Carl asks if he can have Elena's body back. Thankfully, common sense prevails and his request is denied. Elena is re-buried in a secret, unmarked grave so as to avoid another toy wagon field trip. Unhappy about this, Carl sets off a bomb at the site of Elena's mausoleum as a way to show authorities what "wantonly and maliciously destroying a grave" really looks like.

Carl goes on to live another 12 years before dying alone. In his final diary entry, he writes, "Human jealousy has robbed me of the body of my Elena, yet divine happiness is flowing through me for she has survived death. Forever and ever, she is with me."

when it comes to bp they always appealed to both genders they appealed more to male fans during their early era. there were many translated article during that time when they had like a higher male ratio

People just like what they like. Some guys like girl crush for groups, some girls like cute groups. Aespa while being more girl crush also have qualities that guys like, probably mainly looks. They don't necessarily target either sex imo but SM ggs have a knack for have images that a lot of people can get into.

SNSD is the ultimate example. They started cute and had mostly male fans, after their explosion in 2009 they got a ton of female fans and even much older fans (Gallup polls and TV ratings). At their peak they were roughly split 50/50 without really fitting into a specific concept (cute, girl crush, badass etc). They were just very appealing to both sexes. Aespa will probably have a similar route and might switch, temporarily at least, to something that more men will prefer.

Winter has a lot of fanboys but majority of aespa's fans still consist of fangirls tho as shown from their listeners and fanacct. Most of Karina & Ningning's fans are fangirls. Karina also alrdy ranked top 10 among lesbians fav female idols while only being a year into her debut.

Maybe because men like Aespa. And their songs. You don't have to be a cute girl group to have male fans! Don't generalize! (I'm saying this as a woman, though, but I feel like the question you're asking is just odd.)

and when did BP has few male fanboys compared to other girlgroups, if i say i see tons of males who are fanboys of Blackpink, that one German reactor guy i guess name is Duke on yt being major example, even one local actor in my country said her crush is Lisa lmao, and didn't know Aespa has big male fans

Last month when we were in Telluride, I got to spend some time with one of my girl crushes, Erin Busbee of Busbee Style (you may remember Erin from this post). One of my favorite things about blogging is the friendships I have made through this crazy business. Having a group of women that understand what this business is like is crucial and having a tribe support each other is so important. I have known Erin for about three years now and have spent time with her in Dallas and New York, but this time was in her hometown.

I started my career in TV news right out of college in 1996. I was in the business for ten years and wore MANY hats. I started out as a one-man band, which means you shoot video, edit, and report. I was promoted to the morning anchor position in Watertown, NY. Shortly afterward, I got a job as a general assignment reporter in Rochester, NY. Also, I ended up feature reporting and anchoring in Rochester. I once showed viewers some professional wrestling moves live from the ring! Ha! (I would have loved to have seen that!) In New York, NY, I started over in many ways.

Girls is the first tab you see in Crush Crush and allows you to directly interact with the various girls in the game. By clicking it, you will bring up a list of the girls in the game, which you can then select to use the interactions you have unlocked with the girl, as well as view the requirements necessary to gain the next level with them.

Crush Crush is available on Steam, Kongregate, Nutaku, Nintendo Switch and mobile devices (Both available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store). The Moist and Uncensored Patch (in the Steam version) and Nutaku.net feature NSFW content, including sex scenes for reaching Lover level. The Nutaku.net and Nutaku.com versions had a (formerly) exclusive character named Nutaku after the sites.

The Mobile Version features all of the Official Girls on full scale, but some of the artworks (Girl Models and Phone Fling pictures) might be different from the PC versions. Note that mobile platforms do not have uncensored material due to rules in the respective Mobile App Platforms (Google/Apple), and you cannot transfer data across platforms.

Stats - Allows you to view the unique stats of each girl, such as their age, birthday, and favorites (including their Liked Trait, which grants passive affection when you have at least one rank in it). No cool down.

Date - Allows you to spend money taking the girls on dates, increasing affection. Each date takes a different amount of time blocks and a set amount of time you must spend waiting to complete. Unlocked when the girl is at "Friendzoned" status or better.

NOTE: To unlock one of the girls listed above, you must have previously unlocked all the girls whose portraits appear above her. For example, you cannot unlock Bearverly before unlocking Fumi. However, all DLC Girls (Bundle Girls, Event Reward Girls, and Monster Girls) are excluded from this rule, and are unlocked from the moment you purchase them.

The Girls you knew messaged you... It's a good call to know them further, I guess...?

Note: The girls in this section are Storyline Phone Flings and they will not be joining Vote-a-Fling Events.

The neuroscience of limerence is based around this reward feedback process. We find our crush arousing, that causes reward recognition, which causes euphoria, which makes us want more. Run that program for long enough, and a subtle change occurs within the brain. Now, the reward circuit starts to motivate us. Instead of just enjoying the pleasure of reward, our brain prompts us to seek reward.

However, life being the way it is, the path to romantic fulfillment is rarely so smooth. More often, the way we interact with our crushes is more halting, cautious, and uncertain. That uncertainty can further amplify the drive to seek more contact. The combination of hope and doubt is the killer combination for reinforcing limerence.
