Brunch and other updates

Hello All!

First of all I wanted to thank you all for your hard work this past weekend! First of all Eli is coming back this weekend! Welcome back, Eli! 

A couple of things to keep in mind for this weekend:

-Please keep track of the wine/beer that we sell. If we enter it into the POS as "open price" we can't track it. Please write in the waste log what you're selling as an open price.

-Now that we are keeping track of all beer/wine Michelle wants to remind us that we are never to partake of wine or beer at ted & honey w/out either paying for it AFTER a shift or if offered by Michelle and its still logged then.  This goes for all food beyond the one staff meal per day.

-There will be a deep cleaning on Monday! Come by and help!

Finally, there has been some issues with the woman we all lovingly refer to as "Scone lady" and her friend, "half and half latte". Make sure the alcohol we give them (at a discount) is already opened, do NOT open a new bottle to sell at a discount for them. No matter how much they fuss about it. We also have to make sure they are not smoking/drinking on the patio or on the side of the building. This could cost Michelle not only a fine but also she could loose her license. If you see them smoking let Michelle, Eli, or I know immediately so we can deal with it.

I will be in tomorrow, and Eli will be back on Sunday. See you all tomorrow at 8:30 for the pre-shift!!!
