Hey kids, 


Made a minor adjustment to the new schedule. Closer is now coming in at 9am Mon-Thurs.


There is a clipboard with the list of things that need to be cleaned where the drink machine used to be. I expect at least one task done per person per shift. When you have completed the task cross it out initial & date it. Thanks!


Starting the weekend after Thanksgiving we will be going down to just two people on weekends. With that said, you will all be getting menu tested next week and whoever scores the highest will get to choose three weekend days they want off. After that, I will put out a schedule of the shift changes being as fair as possible. 


It is SUPER IMPORTANT to label and date EVERYTHING! We are going to have a health inspection any day now and this is something they will catch us on. Also, please use the green tape and stop using the Parker Red stickers to label stuff. Parker Red stickers are for SMOOTHIES ONLY. 


We are all doing a decent job at cutting people early which is wonderful but just wanted to put in a friendly reminder to make sure you do all the prep early in order to cut the opener as soon as you can. 


Specials will start being a weekday thing again starting Monday, be on the lookout. 


There was some confusion with the last menu about farro being gluten free. Farro is NOT gluten free. Just keep that in the back of your mind in case anyone asks. 


Communicate with the kitchen staff when you're low on any baked goods. Especially cookies! We're driving Naz nuts when we don't let him know before they go 86.


Starting this week Kali is going to be the one in charge on Sundays. She will be the one letting you know when you can put in staff meals, who restocks what, and when everyone gets cut. And of course, she will be the person you go to if you have any questions or unruly customers. Be nice to her.
