Well its Chef/Brandon's too! Ok I'm not so great at singing via email the Beatles version of Happy Birthday mixing in Brandon's name, so I'll just wish him one when I see him later and I hope you do too! ps - he'll be at 264 later today.
For those of you who haven't had a chance to work closely with him yet, he's been off to a great start casting a wide net on learning the operations, food, staff, procedures and physical spaces for both Parker Red and 264 these past two weeks. We have always loved changing things up, evolving, taking some risks (the navy yard) and pushing ourselves to be better as a cafe and catering and events company and I'm excited to have this opportunity with Brandon coming on board to take a step back, re-focus, and to really take Ted & Honey and Parker Red to a new level.
I appreciate all of you welcoming him into our team and arming him with information, ideas and being helpful as he gets oriented with us to set a great new solid foundation. Thank you
