Staffing update/general news. Scroll down for it i spanish

Hi there,

As you all have noticed there has been a lot of transition with our team this past week - and I know most of you are aware of generally what has been going on, but I wanted to make sure that everyone was aware of the changes and the plan moving forward.

Craig is no longer working with us in a full time capacity.  He will hopefully be working Parker Red and 264 events when he can.  He remains an extremely valuable person to Ted & Honey/Parker Red and me and my brother personally.  Craig is going to spread his wings and get some experience in the field in a different capacity which I think will really impact his overall skills and experience immensely.    

Nazario will be coming to 264 in a Management capacity.  Brandon is fine tuning the specific responsibilities for him and he'll begin this role this week.  Ralston has been instremental in getting working with him on orders and reacclimating himself to 264 (thank you Ralston!)

Ralston will be the Chef De Cuisine at Parker Red overseeing the day to day catering and the prep and production of 264.   He will still have an impact and focus on the food at 264

Richard has been promoted to a porter/cook hybrid position and will remain at 264.  Richard's done a great job as a porter, shown interest in learning more so its great to see him move into the kitchen in a different capacity.

Omar is back at 264 his original home.  the place already looks cleaner and more organized and his english has vastly improved.  Omar was moved to 264 to gain more cooking experience and will be helping with prep and learning the line as well.  Everyone already does a better job than me in communicating with him so thank you and please continue to be helpful and patient with the communication.

Harold is a new line cook at 264 who will be full time with Nazario.  He will be training all week with us.  

Brandon and Ralston will be spending time at 264 regularly to work with the entire team and for regular meetings to ensure we are as efficient as we can be on all levels.

Como todos ustedes han notado que ha habido un montón de transición con nuestro equipo de la semana pasada - y sé que la mayoría de ustedes son conscientes de lo que generalmente ha estado sucediendo, pero yo quería asegurarme de que todo el mundo estaba al tanto de los cambios y la plan de seguir adelante. 

Craig ya no está trabajando con nosotros en calidad de tiempo completo. Él va a estar trabajando con suerte 264 eventos Parker Roja y cuando puede. Harold es un nuevo cocinero de línea en 264 que estará a tiempo completo con Nazario. Él estará entrenando toda la semana con nosotros. 

Brandon y Ralston será pasar tiempo en 264 regularmente para trabajar con todo el equipo y para las reuniones regulares para asegurar que somos tan eficientes como podemos estar en todos los niveles.
