TED Notepad Version 6.4.0.alpha003

I have just released the third testing version of the next TED Notepad.

Several fixes to the highlighters and the search history are included!

Before you start poking around, please, read the README file. 

You can now get it at https://jsimlo.sk/notepad/test/

The website user name is "test" and the password is "tednpad".

Note: At the time of writing this, the package is marked with an x,
and is missing one testing file (version 9x, 32-bit). I have to clear
that one file with one of the anti-virus providers before releasing
it. All other files have been through virustotal.com successfully.

I'll upload the full thing as soon as I get a green on the last one.
It usually does not take long to process a false positive report.
