TED Notepad Version 6.4.1

Hi there!

I have finally released the next public version of TED Notepad.
Available at the main homepage: https://jsimlo.sk/notepad/

It will stay in a pre-release section for a few days, but will then be moved to current.

It's got 64-bits, selection highlighting, search highlighting, search history.

And regular expressions got look-ahead and look-behind zero-lenght assertions.
