Vertical Hold Issue

I just recently bought a VR Bike off of Craigsliat, and I have an
issue. I can't seem to get the vertical hold to make the image stop
flipping, unless I increase the vertical size so big that it is way
off the screen on the top and bottom. Anyone have any ideas?
Also, any idea where I can get a manual/user guide?
