Selecting a Best Bank Account for Startup

Dear Group Members,
I am getting an new current account opened for our business and looking for your experience and know how to select and decide one.
I am looking for a Current Account who asks for quarterly average balance of Zero Balance, Almost Zero Balance or Very Minimum Balance less than 10000.00
The bank should also accept basic features but no limit on number of transactions.
