The Toledo Free Press posted last week about an idea to do a Kickstart Toledo event (modeled after a Columbus activity).

I was at Seed on Friday and saw Dustin H. and Mike Miller talking with Gene and others. So they have talked, something might happen!

The net seems to be that Pounds wants to do a 1-time event and Gene (and all of us) are in it for the long haul. Sounds like a chance to partner with TFP so to take advantage of their 1-time event to advance the community over the long term (vs. a 1-shot and nothing lasting).
