Nobody seemed to report having such a thing so I've got a loose one here, in case you think someone you know might have interest:
## What ARE Laramie's "tech talks?"
Laramie's evening techtalks are an informal networking and social gettogether with a focus on technology. Meets occur twice per month (details below).
## What happens there?
The structure of the events takes one of two forms, alternating every other time:
* every second meeting is an informal gathering for sharing ideas, solutions, experiences, and -- optionally -- a drink.
* every first meeting features a talk, presentation, demo, or workshop on something that's related to programming, entrepreneurship, or technology. (For example, networking and 3-D printing are some presentation-topics we may see in the future.)
## What's happened so far?
Since we got started, we've had 3 announced subjects and one informal one:
0. Cheyenne Array School - a new school for technology and (web-)design
1. Freelance coding - pros, cons, and introductory tips
2. Laramie WTBC - what is it, what does it provide, and to whom?
3. Laramie 3-D Visualization Center - what's there, and who can access it?
## What's attendance generally like?
So far, we've had a comfortable dozen-or-so people show up to each of the meets, with about half of those being regulars, and the others being either new or irregular attendees.
## Where do these take place?
Techtalks occur in Laramie but the specific location can vary. Venues are announced in advance via e-mail.
## *How can I learn more?*
The best way to learn about Laramie's techtalks is to browse the forum or subscribe to e-mail updates (see below).
## *How can I subscribe?*

The above is a working draft (in standard Markdown). Feel free to reply with any suggestions if you feel that it's lacking. It may be a good idea to post this somewhere and update it as necessary. I can handle that if no-one else wants to.
