Hey TechTalkers! We’re upping our game with a tour of the High-performance computing (HPC) facility at the University of Wyoming Campus. Please note that this week’s TechTalk will begin at 5:15 PM. For security reasons, everyone will need to be checked-in before we can begin the tour so please be on time. Come see what a HPC really looks like, and bring any HPC questions you may have. We strongly encourage computer-enthusiasts and faculty to attend to learn what ARCC (and TechTalk) can do for them! Feel free to pass this email along to any who may be interested. Tour of the High Performance Computer at The University of Wyoming

Ever wonder what a high-performance computer (HPC) looks like? Join TechTalk Laramie as we get a private tour of the Advanced Research Computing Center (ARCC) at the University of Wyoming. Jared Baker will be showing us ARCC's setup and answering any questions you may have about HPC. We will be learning about the components that make-up an HPC, and just what ARCC does. Like all of TechTalk Laramie’s events, this event is open to everyone and free!
