A little belated, but here's the outcome of the hackathon survey we did.
Because we had a few different types of voters, I broke the vote out a few different ways. There were two different voting categories: usefulness (how useful participants thought the software might be) and interest (how interested participants might be in working on a given software). Overall, there was not much difference between the voter-groups and perceived usefulness correlated fairly strongly with interest-in-creating. Bar-charts attached (hopefully).
