Hi,

Are meetings still occurring, or were there not enough people
interested?

I now added the discussion list as an RSS feed, so I hope to be more
aware any
activity.

I've moved to san diego so you can take me off the list.

Hi All,

I haven't heard of meetings, but that doesn't mean there aren't any.
Shall we make a roster of people calling for a meeting?

Cheers,

Etienne

Sorry to disappoint everyone, life has been keeping me busy between
work, a new baby and a new house. I had hoped to find someone to keep
holding the meetings, but things sort of fell through the cracks.

I can probably start hosting them again, I think things are starting
to quiet down a bit.

I'd like to see if I can host the next meeting at the new San Jose
TechShop, besides being shiny and new, it's a bit closer for me and
perhaps others who could not make it up to the Menlo Park location.
(In particular, it's within walking distance of the SJSU campus.)

If we can schedule something in the last 2/3 of July in San Jose, I can bring
a bunch of model railroad - related projects I've been working on.  I even have
a "less than an hour" clinic on Arduinos, model railroading and Electronics I could
present, with demos, if there is enough interest.

Sounds good. I can always make weekday evenings, but weekends are more difficult with family obligations.

Sounds good to me also.
While the Menlo Park location is closer to my Menlo Park address, I'm happy to travel for Arduino.
I just finished teaching an intro to electronics with Arduino, and plan to mount another, so it would be great to swap some educator-related stories.
My main interest right now is in motor control, though.

New baby, we understand! Enjoy the time. Ours is now 26 years old.
We are in Pacifica so San Jose is a drive. Haven't been to the new
site since it opened though, so would be worth the trip.
We haven't had time to experiment with Arduino yet. Had been
monitoring this group for inspiration.
Just set a date and we will make the trip.
