Role: Copilot Studio Developer

Duration: 6+ Months   

Location: St Paul, Minnesota

Primary Skills : Microsoft Co-pilot, AI

 

This is day 1 onsite look for local candidates. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Build and manage custom topics, triggers, and multi-turn dialogues to support dynamic user interactions.
  • Connect copilots to external data sources and APIs using Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Power Platform components.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective copilot experiences.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with client’s responsible AI principles.
  • Stay current with new features and best practices in Copilot Studio and the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Develop reusable agent components that can be adapted across copilots and business domains.

Project Delivery & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align copilots with business goals and user needs.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and compliant with AI governance standards.
  • Participate in both project-based and staff augmentation engagements, adapting to diverse client environments.

Preferred Consulting Experience:

  • Support sales and delivery teams in designing copilot solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Assist in developing estimates and proposals, articulating the value of Copilot Studio-based solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demos to clients and stakeholders.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience building solutions with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or similar low-code tools.
  • Experience working in client-facing or cross-functional team environments.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Power Fx, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Familiarity with integrating external data sources and services into Copilot Studio.
  • Understanding of solution performance, scalability, and ethical AI compliance.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for building responsible, user-centric AI solutions.
